"Tier One" Cake

​With life in the UK becoming ever more expensive, it's even more important to have the opportunity to celebrate....right?  So it's with great excitement that I've launched my "Tier One" cake as shown in this image.

Still a customised cake, "Tier One" is a 5 inch vanilla cake filled with raspberry jam and my signature vanilla Italian Meringue Buttercream.  It's then covered with white Belgian chocolate ganache and topped with yummy Swiss fondant. TO BE CLEAR:  this cake is made up of THREE layers of sponge and TWO layers of filling, (rather than 4 layers), so slightly shorter than usual, "Tier One" will still give you 8 to 10 good sized portions.

Decoration is 4 x letters or numbers as the image shows, ombred in a colour of your choice, with five blossoms on the side and "Happy Birthday.....name" on the board.  The cake is then boxed, ready for you to collect from my studio in Evesham, Worcestershire.

The big question.... how much does it cost?  Well....I've pulled out all the stops to make this as affordable as I can and still pay myself a salary!  The best possible price is £110......not bad for a really special cake, don't you think?​​​​​
